Acupuncture & Cupping
Acupuncture has been practiced for 5000 years, with its origins in ancient China. It is a form of medicine, which works by inserting very fine needles to stimulate specific points on the body to promote body’s natural healing function.
These points are used to regulate and maintain free flow of energy (Qi) within the body, and to nourish and restore function of the organs. The needles are retained for approximately 20 minutes. This is not a painful or uncomfortable experience. Sensations vary, but people report feeling a slight ache, a dullness or heavy sensation.
Acupuncture is used to treat a wide range of conditions, from pain relief, sports injuries, fatigue, digestive issues to stress and anxiety and everything in between.

A flame is used to create a vacuum inside a specially designed glass cup. When placed on the body, the suction draws up the skin and the underlying tissue. The result is increased circulation to the area, the release of toxins, acupuncture point stimulation and relaxation of tight muscles.
Cupping is painless, feels like a deep tissue massage. Often results in bruise-like marks on the skin, which disappear by themselves in three to twenty one days.
